Reason for Investment: Expansion of business including the opening of a new site

Storage World are a self-storage business that have three sites operating in Dublin. Using EIIS investment, they successfully opened their third site located in Sandyford Business Park in 2021. This has performed well since with a high occupancy rate in the facility. The new Sandyford facility has hugely benefited from being located just a few minutes off the M50. This new facility has over 500 storage units. There are 10 different unit sizes available, from 10 ft² to 250 ft². All units provided are dry, fire protected and fully secured with alarms and 24-hour CCTV. This location is the latest alongside the existing facilities in Limerick and on the South Circular Road.
