LiDan is a sustainable modular construction company based in Roscommon. LiDan has constructed there own new modular manufacturing facility using more sustainable, eco friendly materials in the manufacturing process. This bigger facility also equips LiDan to meet the increased demand seen in their products.

Having started with home offices and extensions, Lidan have seen huge progression with the large-scale construction of public amenities and schools. The Company has now been awarded a number of high-profile contracts and the Fund’s investment will be used to support working capital on these projects. They have recently been awarded their largest contract to date, an €8.5 million contract to build a standalone school at St. Flannan’s in Ennis Co. Clare. LiDan have completed work for Fingal County Council and continue to receive government backed contracts.
