Reason for Investment: Construction of solar farm

Funds invested were used to facilitate the construction of Solar Farm in Davidstown, Co.Wexford. The farm contains 24,000 photovoltaic (PV) panels across the site than spans 25 acres.

The solar farm is now operational and exporting energy to the grid. This is being energised by ESB networks, with it being one of the first projects underway as they transition to a net zero future. A 16-year Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) signed with Erova Energy.

The solar farm produces enough energy to power 1,280 homes per annum.
