Reason for Investment: Expansion Capital & Development of Facilities

BAK operate a whiskey maturing and storage business from its site in Dunleer, Co. Louth.

The EIIS Funds are being used to fund the upgrade and expansion of their whiskey maturation facilities bringing the total warehousing space over 600,000 sq ft. This area is made up of 200,000 sq ft of covered aerated warehouses and 15 acres of concrete hard standing. This expansion was encouraged by the owners of Jack Daniels and Teeling Whiskey.
