The Goodbody 2025 EIIS Fund
Offering investors the opportunity to earn tax relief by making a qualifying investment under the Employment and Investment Incentive Scheme (EIIS).
The Fund plans to invest in a portfolio of Irish companies with growth potential. The Fund will be managed by EIIS Management Limited, a joint venture company managed by Goodbody and Azets Ireland.

- Maximum Investment: €500,000
- Expected Application Closing Date: 12th December 2025
- Earliest Exit Date: 2030 (4 year hold period from date investments close)
- Fees: 3% commission on Investment. Up to 2% Exit Fees
- Target Tax Relief: 35% – 50%
Investment Strategy
The Manager will apply an active management policy to identify and invest in a portfolio of Investee Companies which, amongst others, have some of the following characteristics:
- credible management team and promoters;
- potential for growth;
- branded products or services;
- operating in profitable industries;
- good cash flow characteristics;
- good track record;
- appropriate gearing levels; and
- realistic possibility of providing an exit for Investors.
